Virtual Speaking
Includes a planning call with organizers to identify key themes, audience needs, and event goals. Customized keynote presentation of up to 60 minutes.
Payment terms: 50% of the speaking fee is required at booking to secure the date. The remaining 50% is payable on or before the event date.
In-Person Speaking
Includes a planning call with organizers, a customized keynote presentation, and optional Q&A. Keynotes are typically 45 to 60 minutes.
Nola is based in Keswick, Ontario, Canada and is available to drive up to 2.5 hours each way for in-person engagements. This includes many venues in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), depending on exact location and timing. For events beyond that range, a travel fee applies.
International engagements are negotiable. For complex travel situations, virtual delivery may be preferred — and delivers the same fully customized experience.
Payment terms: 50% of the speaking fee plus the travel fee is required at booking to secure the date. The remaining 50% of the speaking fee is payable on or before the event date.
Presentation Style
Nola typically presents without slides. Slides are available if required by the event.
Customization
All presentations are customized for the audience, industry, and event goals. A pre-event planning call is included with each engagement.
Recording & Photography
Please confirm in advance whether the event will be recorded, livestreamed, or photographed. Usage terms should be agreed upon before the event.
Other Formats
Fees for workshops, executive sessions, half-day programs, and multi-session engagements are available upon request.
